Brands from Smashbox to Nars are rolling out hot hues complete with novel packaging this summer, as seen in a variety of recent launches in the prestige marketplace. According to Jane Cosmetics leading makeup artist Sarah Lucero, New York City/Los Angeles, Summer 2014 is all about color. She told Happi.com, “I’m loving a bold power pout.
